Program Name as a field to reference within Working Requests and Working On

Currently, there is no way, within My Work, to show the Program Name. This is a feature that will allow our teams to see what projects are associated to specific programs. The Program ID does not help and causes a lot of confusion.

I ask that Program Name be added as field reference within My Work Layout Template.
