Primary role percentage view in report

We would like a report view where we can add the primary role percentage to a Workfront user for resource planning without having to go into each individual profile.

So for example, I know there is a view under people where we can see all employees and their roles, but we would like a way to add a filter that shows the percentages they work for each role, where we can update them "in line" within the people view.
