Preview or Sandbox rollback possibility

I'm thinking the answer is no but want to ask anyway, just in case- Is there any way that Preview or Sandbox could be rolled back to a specific refresh date? Some field data got removed in a custom form field swap and Preview and sandbox were refreshed before this was found out. The swapped fields weren't audited so I'm trying to find recovery options.

Ouch. I'm sorry for your loss @cbuckwal: in short, no.

 

It's a longshot, but since yourdomain.my.workfront.com has already refreshed into yourdomain.preview.workfront.com and yourdomain.sb01.workfront.com, you might find the old data is still in yourdomain.sb02.workfront.com (if it exists), in which case, bullet dodged, lesson learned, etc.

 

For future consideration, I invite you to consider using our Workfront Snapshot solution (and/or our Document Extract solution) to take periodic backups of your data, and/or our Packages solution for more targeted extract-and-restore situations.
