Portfolio Report showing Portfolios without a custom form

I would like to create a report on which Portfolio does not have a specific custom form attached to it. All our Portfolios ought to have a brief custom form (aswell as Overview, of course) but I am noticing that some do not and therefore would like to run a report to show all of those portfolios that do not have the brief.

Would anyone know if this was possible?
