Portfolio Manager can't set priority

I may be overlooking something, but we have a portfolio where the "set priority" button in the optimizer is greyed out for the portfolio manager. Other users have the same button enabled.

The issue was that the user didn't have "manage it" access to all projects in the portfolio. The thing to look for is the checkbox next to the project will be greyed out in the Portfolio Optimizer.

Hi Jason,

Perhaps the Portfolio Manager lacks "Manage" rights...?

I have checked, the portfolio manager / owner has "manage it" and "share" access.
