Please allow us to control the size (and color) of the text used for PROJECT NAME

When we are looking at a project we cannot see the full project name because it gets cut off. See screenshot attached. It's a huge nuisance. I wonder if we could control text wrapping or font size to make it so we can see what we're looking at on our smaller screened MacBook Pros?
The lack of color control on text is also disappointing. I'd like to have all of our project names appear as red so it's quick to see (instead of looking up at the breadcrumbs) where you are in the hierarchy.
