Planned start date automatically set based on one task date

I'm trying to figure out how to push back the start date of a project automatically 16 weeks based on the date of one task in the task list.

So, for example, if I assign a project and the start date is 2/19/2024, but then I go into the task list and change the Event Day task date to 6/11/2024, the start date would change to 2/20/2024?

you wouldn't be able to change the project start date based on a date within the project. The closest you would get would be to change the first task's dates, using predecessors. e.g. if the Event Day task is task #14, your first task's predecessor would be looking at "task 14 minus 16 weeks" (14-112c)
