Personal Workfront Dev Environment

Hey everyone! I know that this used to be available to some degree, but I am not sure if this still exists. I am looking to develop a plugin for Workfront as a personal project, but I don't feel comfortable using my companies Workfront environments for it. I am wondering if Workfront still offers small, one person developer instances for circumstances like this. I would be happy to pay for this myself but I have not had any luck finding resources. I have also tried reaching out to Workfront sales, as well as individuals via LinkedIn but still haven't heard anything.

Let me know if a) you know whether or not this is something that Workfront offers and/or b) how to go about purchasing this.
