Hello! Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but my users have been reporting that they can't open items from the approval widget into a new tab. When they click the item, it opens in the same tab instead. Users mentioned that they used to open items into a new tab but can't anymore. Is this functionality normal?

That looks to be the behavior now set for that widget, possibly all the widgets. I agree that it used to open in a new tab but my experience is now the same as yours in the same tab. It may have been recent change within the maintenance schedule. I suggest we input an idea to have items from widgets open in new tabs so users don't have to navigate back to home every time. Good catch
