Notifications for new versions of documents

When a document is shared with someone and a new version is posted, an automatic notification should go out to alert all who it had been shared with.

    Running into this exact issue, and there is no notification setting around a new version being added.

    Agreed! We are struggling with users not receiving notifications for new versions of documents as well.
