Notifications arrive to users who are not in the routine roles We currently have an issue in which we have a project in which we add issues, we create some role routines but it has been reaching people who are not within that home group, does anyone know why?
I'm not sure what you mean by 'routine roles' but if you have users receiving notifications from a project they shouldn't be, check the People tab of the project and check they are not in it, and/or check the project isn't shared with them in the project sharing. If these people have notifications on for 'projects I'm on', that would cause them to get notifications. Like the 'an issue is added to a project I'm on' notification, for example.
