Note reports

I'm trying to get the following in a report: Last project status (not any other object type) From anyone nice to have: who left the note The date is was created Only notes within the last 5 days otherwise the field is blank I have tried: Project report using two fields: Status Update & Last Update Date Problem: only shows status if left by owner, can't set range Note report using filtering on Note Entry Date between $$TODAY and $$TODAY-5d (this worked) Problem: can't figure out how to specify project updates only and is there a way to show only the most recent?
