Note Report Showing Proof Comments and Versions

I have created a note report to capture proof comments from proofs, thanks to ​@Kiersten_Kollins  previous post  - although I am hoping for no more than one round of amends, the documents are linked to the task status with some automation.

My report is to report on rejected (tasks) proofs however, should V2 be rejected with comments, the comments from V1 are still visible on the V2 image.

I understand now that notes do not ‘talk’ to versions of proofs and I have looked other ways to work around this:

1. filter : exclude Locked (no relationship with proofs)
2. filter using current version - again, no relatioship with proofs
3. proof status
4. document ID

I thought that maybe a new column which shows V2 document entry date would help with some custom formatting, however this just shows V1 entry date. The versions are listed, so the information is sort of there, but wondered if anyone had a great idea in case V2+ gets rejected to decipher what comments related to which version/entry date.

If V2 gets approved, it won’t reappear on this report. But we all know the probability.
