No Email Notifications January 22nd

My entire company wasn’t receiving email notifications all day yesterday from Workfront. Just wondering how many other folks were having this issue?

 

Seems to be resolved as of this morning but this isn’t the first time that I don’t receive a clear status on what is down within the system. Sometimes the system is running slow, sometimes proofs don’t want to work, and then we have days like yesterday when we don’t receive email notifications.

Hi Connor! 

There was a global Microsoft outage yesterday, which could have contributed to the missing email notifications. That said, I would still submit a ticket to have Adobe Support look into it for you. They might have a fix, or at the very least they can typically confirm whether or not WF sent out the emails in the first place, which can help you narrow down your troubleshooting.
