New User Notifications?

Hello,

As a Workfront admin, I'm looking for a way to automatically notify new users when their Workfront account is created. We must have SSO because once they access their account they have access to Workfront.

Is there a setting in Setup that sends an automated welcome or activation email to new users?

Currently, I send each user a comment, which triggers an email with a link to Workfront, but I'm hoping there's a built-in automated notification option.

    When you add a user within Adobe Admin Console, the system should send a notification that the administrator has given them access rights. Something similar to this:

    Thank you for this. I’m actually only assigning reviewer/approver access. I checked with the new users to see if they received an email notification from Adobe Workfront, and they confirmed that the only notification they received was a comment that I sent them.

    Just to avoid the confusion - are you adding brand new users to Workfront or just changing the access levels? If you are adding them as brand new, are you adding them through Workfront or Admin Console?
