New to Agile

Hi We have a new IT Director who is keen for us to adopt a more Agile approach to Project Management. Over the coming weeks/months our PMO Team will be busy learning all about 'Agile' which, although exciting for us, will be a shift in mind-set for many of the more established members of the IT Department. I am eager to learn how Workfront can help us on this journey and the next couple of months is going to be crucial for us from a tool perspective with applications like Jira being mentioned.
