Need to extract the Planner data of the Resource Management through Workfront API

Question

I am trying to extract the Planner data of the Resource Management through Workfront API but am not able to do so.

I applied the filter in the Workfront Planner Dashboard like the same in the screenshot below which is:-

1. Default Filter

2. View By user

3. Week

4. Hours

After applying this I need the data of the user with AVL, PLN, ACT, DIF, and % fields, the same as shown in the screenshot below

Please, can someone help me with the correct API endpoint with all the details to extract this data?
