Need to configure my existing project as Request queue enabled

Hi,

I'm unable to enable request queue for my existing project. When I followed adobe documentation and tried with creating a project, the options for setting up the request queue is not showing on the left nav and I'm having the Group Admin access. So, i believe access should not be an issue.
Please help to sort this out

@naveen_kumarpr1, sounds like your layout template is hiding the queue tabs. You can ask your admin to update the layout template to show the following tabs for projects:

  • Queue Details
  • Routing Rules
  • Queue Topics
  • Topic Groups

In the meantime, you can access the queue tabs directly by appending the following to your project URLs:

  • Queue Details - /queueDetails
  • Routing Rules - /routingRules
  • Queue Topics - /queueTopics
  • Topic Groups - /queueTopicGroups

eg. https://experience.adobe.com/#/@{domain}/so:{domain}-Production/workfront/project/{projectID}/queueDetails
