Need Project/Task Level Layout Template assignment

The current layout template assignment is too restrictive. The layout template should be definable such that for a given project, I can assign a layout template and all viewers of the project would use that layout. Especially for viewing tasks in MyWork, the layout allows showing custom fields in the task details in MyWork (legacy only, which is also an issue). This is important because there are task custom fields that dis-ambiguates tasks when viewing in MyWork.
