My workfront page is blank this morning. Is workfront down?

I can get into Workfront but none of my information shows on the dashboard or workload balancer

Now that the first priority of getting the system back up appears addressed - question:

What is the process for getting an update on Workfront's root cause analysis / response to the widespread downtime?

I believe, like any company, that may be proprietary info. But ya never know.

If the problem is permanently fixed, it doesn't realy matter, to me at least.
