Move Group Statuses Between Groups

We utilize the custom project statuses for groups. However, there are times when a process moves from one group to another. If a process has it's own set of custom group statuses we can't transfer those custom statuses from the current group to the new group who owns the process.

It would be nice to move custom group statuses between groups.

    Also- as we expand across our Enterprise, it would be beneficial to be able to move statuses from the Global Level to the Group Level.
