More Customization for Kanban Cards

We would like more customization of the Kanban Cards.

For our use, it makes sense to follow one task through the Kanban board, but we don't need the percent complete or hours complete for that one task. We need the whole project's progress.

We can currently add the info we need, but we can't remove the info we don't need and the unnecessary info just clutters up the already limited space.
