Modify Contact list on Individual User Basis

When tagging somebody in the comments area of a proof, the proofing tool used to only show contacts associated with (have access to) the proof. Now, a comprehensive list of all users and contacts within Workfront and ProofHQ are showing in the tagable list.

It would be really great if this was a customizable option on a User or Group level basis.
