Merging Groups

Hi Community,

We have numerous groups in our instance and are planning to rename one of these and merge another group/subgroups into the first one. I've found that the updated group does show in a proper Parent / child order when I sort by group name. They're all over the place. Has anyone attempted something similar and how did it work out?

Hi, not sure I'm understanding the issue - you're wondering how to have groups be subgroups?

To create a new subgroup, you can go to the Group and then Subgroups on the left panel.

If you want to make an existing group a subgroup of an existing group, then you can go to Create Subgroup > Existing Subgroup. Both elements shown in this screenshot:
