Mention a team - will receive email notification ?

Question

Hi, I’m having a strange situation, when a Team is mentioned in the Updates section - should all the team members receive an email notification ?

What happens is that the members from one team do receive but not all the times when the team is mentioned and the same member belonging to 2 other teams, never receive an email notification.

I have checked all the email notifications in the Set-up, is there anything I can check ?

I would put in a support ticket. Workfront can investigate the specifics of the setup. Other than making sure the notifications are turned on at the system and user level (also make sure it’s set to instant and not daily digest if the preference is instant).

I would verify if the user receives ANY emails from Workfront at all. If they don’t, it could be a block that Workfront can look into.

Hi Bianca - have you logged in as the user (who’s not receiving notifications) to see if they have turned off their own personal notifications?
