Marketing Timelines for Creative - Email Channel

Our teams are revisiting our current timelines that we have for creative design and approvals and we are curious to know what others organizations are marching towards. For some context, a large percentage of our emails are designed, approved and released within 7 business days. Prior to COVID, we were working on timelines that were 10 – 12 business days but were not up against supply chain delays since we have a heavy emphasis on footwear product.
