Mark Messages as Read on @ Mention Widget

Description - Would like to be able to mark messages as read on the @ mention widget and have them drop off the list

Why is this feature important to you - This would allow a clean view of items not read yet and remove items that have already been read or actioned.

How would you like the feature to work - Add buttons overall to clear all messages or at the individual message level.

Current Behavior: This does not exist.
