Make Automatic Proof Generation Optional by Default for New Users
When creating a user profile in Workfront, the option to automatically generate a proof when a document is uploaded should not be selected by default. Instead, this setting should be an optional, manual selection during user profile creation. Making this change would reduce confusion and help minimize troubleshooting tickets from end users who simply want to upload a document without initiating a proof.
