Looking for a report that shows a list of projects and who is assigned to certain roles

I'm looking to create a report that shows a list of projects and who is assigned to certain roles (our copywriting roles).  For example, it would look like this:

 

Column 1: Project A

Column 2: Copy: Joe S, Copy Proofreader: Tim B, Copy Director: Suzi C.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
