Logo Image in Task Report Column?

Is it possible to have a logo image appear in a task report column when a specific option is selected from field?

For example:

Check box field options:

Vendor A

Vendor B

Vendor C

If I have Vendor B is selected, I would like for Vendor B's logo to appear in the column.

I did try the image field in the custom form and only had it display when Vendor B was selected, but when I added the image field to the task report, the column was blank.
