Log In As doesn't search on email address

When using the Log In As feature, the prompt shows both the full name and email address of the users.  However, it doesn't appear to search on the email address.  Only the first name is matched.  In some cases, because the email is actually more unique, it would be really helpful to fuzzy match on BOTH the email and full name.

    search should also be more flexible with special characters. I have a user with name Dániel

    this is impossible to find in Log in As as well as in quick search in top right corner

    FWIW, those are called diacritics.  They're super common problem areas since developers and product managers need to explicitly handle them.

    I think Workfront uses PostgreSQL under the hood based on Fusion-related error messages that I've seen before.  If that's the case, they'd need to use something like the unaccent module or one of the other options that exists out there.
