Layout templates to include renaming 'Submit Request' button in terminology

Some organisations allow users to build a request in stages, saving it as a 'draft' status and coming back to add more information.

Telling the users that to save a draft, you select 'submit request' is counter-intuitive. The terminology section of the interface layout templates should allow this button to be renamed.
