Keep Completed Approval Process on Issue after Conversion to Project

Hi all,

I was doing some testing and noticed that completed approval processes on Issues get deleted after they are converted to projects. This is not ideal from an audit standpoint since you cannot report on who approved it before conversion. We would like the issue to retain the approval process and all the data associated with it.
