I have a Task with two Sub-Tasks below it. We use this Task/Sub-Tasks a lot. Typically, when the first Sub-Task (Post Processing) is completed, the Task displays 50%. For some reason it is now showing 100% and the Assignee thinks his Task is complete when in fact he still has the second Sub-Task to complete.

It's most likely due to your 0 Day duration on the second task. If your % complete is based on duration then tasks with a zero duration won't count towards the overall % complete since it's a zero value.
