    Hi @Kelly Reeves‚

    I think it depends if you want the request in Workfront... if its in a project (and if you use Google mail) I believe you can use the Google integration and create it directly from your emails. - I'm not sure about a Microsoft integration as we haven't looked into that.

    If its for a request queue there is this - https://one.workfront.com/s/article/Enabling-Users-to-Email-an-Issue-into-a-Request-Queue-Project-2797420 - again its not something we have set up but I have seen it on documentation.
