We need to be able to move a task from one iteration into another from inside the task itself. The option is not available on the dropdown once a task is inside of an iteration.

Hey @anthonyring3 -- I know this is quite old, but I was just trying to solve this for our folks, too. If you can locate the task/story in the Task view of the epic, you can select the task/story and move to a different iteration. I was able to transfer a task/story from an iteration in one epic to an entirely new iteration/epic. If you haven't already found this workaround, try it. Hope this helps!
