Is there a way to group clients together in Workfront?

We have several "sub" clients currently set-up in our Workfront Instance and would like to be able to assign the same program to all "sub" clients. Is this something you can do without changing how we have our clients currently set-up in Workfront? Or would we need to switch the "client" to equate to the "parent" and use metadata to divide amongst the sub clients? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Mara
