Is there a way to get a User's proof permission profile on a user report?

I am compiling a user report to use determine the proper access level, layout template and proof license based on job role and group. I am able to get everything I need except the proof permissions profile. Does anyone know if this is possible?

    I know your questions is very old, but in case you still need this. Go to a user report and enter this filter. If you're wanting to see all, just put 'is not blank' instead of 'equal.'

    I don't see the User--> Proof Permission Profile in the user report. Here is the screenshot

    Hi, your screenshot is in Columns of the report, mine is for Filters.
