Is there a way to duplicate the "Request Status Change to Request Primary Contact" Event Notification as an email notification to specific users?

Context: Workfront New Experience (not Fusion) - we want to set up an email notification (not an in-app notification) to a few specific users that lets them know when the status of a request (issue) = New.

There is an existing Request Status Change to Request Primary Contact event notification, but we don’t see a way to copy it to make modifications or to copy the html of it so that we can modify it for an email template.
