Is there a way to create a master list of values for a custom field, such as client company?

We are trying to ensure client companies are entered in a consistent way in Workfront. We have another system that is the "source of truth" for how to spell them, short of integrating the two with Fusion is there another way to match client names entered in Workfront against the "master" list in another system?

Hi Lori,

If you're setting them up as Companies within Workfront (which also allows for Custom Data, such as Address, Website, Credit Rating, etc.), you could use Workfront's Kick-starts feature to import them, and/or our Excel Updater solution to import/update them (perhaps even on an automated Schedule, depending on your other System's capabilities).
