The group admin changes are a significant change for our instance and we've prepared to make necessary role changes once the release reaches our instance. (Release beginning 11/09).

Is there a specific timing to this - as in, Cluster 1 goes first, or EST goes first.....it hasn't hit our instance yet and I'm trying to gauge when I'll need to set aside the time to make the changes. If it helps, we're Cluster 2.

Hi Christina,

You can find the exact timing for each Cluster on the Workfront Status website (https://status.workfront.com/). Cluster 2 will be updated tonight with the 20.4 release at 8:00 p.m., MST/2:00 a.m., GMT.

Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

Hi Christina,

The specific release dates and times for each cluster can be located here: https://status.workfront.com/

Looking at the status site, it states that the deployment of the 20.4 release for Clusters 2, 4, & 6 will start on Wednesday, November 11 at 8:00 p.m., MST. The deployment is expected to take no longer than 1 hour.

Best Regards,

Rich
