Is Proof going wonky in all directions?

1 - I'm seeing all these weird duplicates in Proof that have to be cleaned up. There is some notice about duplicate problem being fixed last week, but no other information.

2 - People aren't getting their notifications when they are tagged, sometimes yes, sometimes no, inconsistent.

3 - The T tool stopped working and won't be fixed until later this week. Even though this is a system thing, there wasn't any notice about "known problems" last I looked.

Everyone is up in arms and ready to revolt (well, not really, they are quite polite about it but still... )
