Is it possible to prevent the thumbnail image from showing within the proof email notification?

Our Agency does work for Entertainment clients that have very strict security requirements to protect their pre-released content. Currently, we are not allowed to email or slack images containing any embargoed content. We would like to use WF proof for routing visuals and obtaining client feedback but there are concerns about the thumbnail image being visible on an email.

    Mara,

    The proof email notifications are hardcoded and are not configurable. I would suggest adding something to the Idea Exchange for this.
