Is it possible to have the hours balancers only break up planned time into 30 minute chunks so we don’t get things like 4.08 hours per week?

The hours showing 0.92, 0.82, 8.83..I almost need my calculator. How can I fix this? Or can it be fixed?

    This would be really helpful to know for our Traffic Managers in our Studio. At the moment, they're having to go through the Balancer on a daily (or sometimes twice-daily) to make sure that our creatives aren't overbooked.
