Is is possible to filter on the actual completion date timestamp only for a report?

We are trying to create a report that only filters on the timestamp of a completed task.

We are needing to be able to review tasks completed after business hours (5:01 pm - 7:59 am) to be able to show the percentage of work being done after working hours. This work is taking place in Excel and would love to be able to do this within Workfront.

Has anyone been able to do this before or know of a way to do this?
