Is anyone using buckets for schedules/tasks?And if so, how are you tracking resource allocation and capacity?

There would be one task per assignee per deliverable.

For example: Direct Mail Postcard

Copywriter, Designer, Proofer, Account Manager each would have one task per assignee for the entire duration of the project.

The duration and planned hours would be adjusted by the account manager as needed.

There are no rounds or iterations.
