Is anyone having issues with assigning tasks and then the user assignment disappears?

I have a Planner license assigning tasks to her team, but they have been disappearing since last week. Only on certain jobs though.

If you refresh is it there? We had issues last week where we would make changes to tasks in line from the project screen and the changes would disappear but if we refreshed they showed up properly.

We hadn't refreshed before, no. I'll have to try that next time it happens.
