Input comments received on a file (from external non-workfront users) to workfront proof?

Hi Team,

I route 5+ documents (PDF & PPT) a day to multiple external reviewers (20+) for their comments and the reviewers do not have access to workfront and therefore cannot comment directly on a proof.

Upon receipt of those comments I must manually enter each comment received (can be upwards of 200+ comments per document) on each proof for our creative team to take in the feedback/revise the file.

Is there any way to streamline this process?

For example, on 1 proof I spent 4 hours inputting 237 different comments from 26 different external reviewers.

Please let me know if there's an easier way to manage this process, even if that means our enterprise system needs to be 'upgraded'.

Thank you,

Allison

I am really curious about why you can’t give the external users access to the proof. It’s free and they can be locked out of everything else.
