Influx of outdated proofs in My Approvals widget

Hi Workfront SME’s- late last week, hundreds of very old proofs appeared in the My Approvals widget for several users in our Workfront instance (our Deputy CMO has 184 proofs from 2022 & on- the normal amount is 10). Did anyone experience a similar issue? We have had several instances of the My Approvals widget being out of sync with the Proofing module. This issue has happened to us 8 times since May 2025. I sent off a ticket to Adobe on Friday morning asking tech support to re-sync WF & the proofing module immediately, and I AM STILL WAITING for the re-sync to happen. Meanwhile, with hundreds of outdated proofs in the widget, it is causing confusion about what does or does not need to be reviewed, is causing delays on feedback & approvals, and is forcing people to create workarounds such as sending assets via email for approval, which could cause problems for us with internal audits in the future.

YES! We are also seeing the same issue and have a ticket in with Support. We first noticed it around 1/29/26 and are awaiting an update from them since it’s affecting numerous users in our instance and also causing much confusion! I will also check into the re-sync you noted, thanks!
