Adobe Workfront

Hello!I have created a custom request form and I need to track the age of the request to determine how long the request has been open. I want the start of my clock to be from a date entered in a specific field on the form to the current date or today's date. This calcuation will continue to change so was trying to use a wildcard but can't seem to find the right calculation formula. Does anyone have a calculation they have written or guidance on how to create this calcuation so I can calculate the age of my request from a specific date field to the current date?  Thank you for any help or guidance! 

I have access to many instances of Workfront used in our enterprise. Is there a way to choose which instance opens on initial login?

I have >200 Groups and we are adding Group Admin. to assist with adding users. I can't see a way to bulk add these 2 members to the Group Admin. area of the Group but can quickly add the groups to their user profile. If they are members of the Group with Group Admin. access will they be able to add users to those Groups without being considered a Group Admin. at the upper level of the Group? Is there anyway to do this short of opening each Group and adding the Group Admin.? Thank you in advance for any thoughts or past experience.=D

Last night we were migrated to the "unified shell". This morning our Group Administrators can no longer see the "Project Preferences" menu in Setup. It's possible this was the case prior to last night, but it's definitely a recent change. Is Project Preferences now only accessible to System Admins? Was this an intentional change? Are any of you seeing the same thing?

Hi Workfront Community, I'm setting up project Status values in a new org, and I've dragged and dropped them (in Setup) in the order I wish to see them when on a project, but they are not appearing in the correct order.  Not sure if this matters, but since you can't delete or hide the standard statuses "Current" and "Planning", I renamed them. This is the order I want This is the order I'm getting (but don't want)  Any idea why this might be happening?Thanks,Nick 

Hi all, We're looking to update some of our task reports to include a column that displays the user that assigned that task, I feel like there's probably a very easy way to do this but I'm struggling to implement it. Any suggestions?

Hello! When using the Workload Balancer, you can see everyone's projects that they have been assigned to. If a project has fallen behind, for example, a designer (role) has a task that was planned to be completed two weeks ago, that task does not appear on the WLB for the current week. Is there a way to know/see tasks (of e.g. designers) for fallen behind projects for the current week? -- so that when we go assigned new tasks for designers, we can take into account fallen behind projects. 

We group our weekly campaigns into portfolios for easy viewing, but as of the last week, we are unable to add the existing projects into a portfolio. We get an error message saying: Error loading secondary content... Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi, I was going to switch on the AI Assistant for our instance but have discovered that my company has such a rigorous approvals process for any AI assisted tech that it can takes months to get approved. Given all the hype around AI I would be interested if other are actually using it. We're thinking this could be very useful especially at request level from a traffic and triage perspective to summarise what the request/project is about. So this can be the first stage of Triage to collate all the data in a summarised point. This can speed up having to read through the whole request form but most importantly highlight what is missing?? Audience? Objective? Messaging hierarchy etc. Thanks in advance Geraint

Hi,Any guidance;We wish to involve outside suppliers to connect our Workfront system for request management and later for project management. The supplier has their own email id different from Kverneland email id? In current situation we are using single sign-on in our organisation to login Workfront.What are steps required to be followed to provide them to connect in our Workfront and access request management?Regards,

For managing external users in Workfront (and AEM Assets as well), has anyone used an Enterprise identity platform (Okta Ping, Duo, AD, etc, etc) with Adobe IMS/Admin Console? What was the user experience like that you and your IT team setup? 

Hi - I want to create a Program View that displays the planned start date of the first task in every project's timeline. I cannot use Project Planned Start Date because many of the projects have cross-project predecessors, so the Project Planned Start Date is different from Task #1's Planned Start Date. Any help is appreciated!
